The range of filter driers cover both hermetic filter driers and filter driers with exchangeable core.The hermetic filter drier is delivered with various functions: standard filter drier, bi-flow filter drier, receiver filter drier and burn-out filter drier. For the filter drier with exchangeable core the program covers: standard core for CFC / HCFC, standard core for HFC, burn-out core and mechanical filter. The filter drier housing is available with 1 to 4 cores.

DCL hermetic filter drier, HCFC/CFC optimized
DCL hermetic filter driers are optimised for HFC and HCFC refrigerants and mineral or benzene oils. The hermetic filter driers are hermetic and approved for up to 46 bar, depending on type. The filter driers are delivered with flare or copper/copper plated steel connections.

DCR filter drier, exchangeable core, housing and cores
DCR filter driers protect refrigeration, freezing and air conditioning systems from moisture, acids and solid particles. DCR filter driers are delivered with exchangeable cores for use in liquid and suction lines in refrigeration plants with fluorinated refrigerants. Core types: 48-DC for HCFC and CFC systems. 48-DM for HFC systems. 48 DA for acid adsorption after burnout. 48-F strainer for retaining dirt.

DCB hermetic bi-flow filter drier, HCFC/CFC optimized
Hermetic bi-flow filter driers, type DCB, are for use in liquid lines on heat pumps.The filter driers have built-in check valves which ensures that refrigerant liquid always flows through the filter drier from the outer side of the filter core towards the center. Thus all dirt particles are retained irrespective of flow direction.The DCB hermetic bi-flow filter driers ensure fast and effective adsorption of moisture as well as organic and inorganic acids.

DAS hermetic burn-out filter drier, HCFC/CFC optimized
Eliminator© hermetic burn-out filter driers type DAS are used in the suction line to clean up refrigeration and air conditioning systems with flourinated refrigerants after a compressor motor burn-out. The solid core, which is composed of 70% activated alumina and 30% Molecular Sieve, adsorbs harmful acids as well as moisture. By adsorbing these acids, the DAS hermetic burn-out filter drier protects the new compressor against failure.
