HFI is a float valve for high pressure with internal liquid measuring device. The float valve is designed for direct flange mounting or welding on to plate heat exchanger type condensers. HFI is direct acting, and consequently no differential pressure is required to activate the valve. Owing to its simple design HFI is sturdy and reliable. The float valve is equipped with a purge valve for purging non-condensable gases
SV 4 - SV 6 float valve, for low pressure side
SV 4-6 are for use on the low pressure side as modulating liquid level regulators in refrigeration, freezing and air conditioning systems with ammonia (R717) and other common types of refrigerants.
PMFH / PMFHE liquid level regulating valve, for the condenser side, controlled by SV
Refrigerants: HCFC, HFC, and R717. Max. working pressure: 28 bar. Media temperature: -60 °C - 120 °C. Housing material: Low temperature cast iron, EN-GJS-400-18-LT. Delivered with flange gaskets/bolts, blanking plug and pilot connection.
AKS 38 liquid level switch
AKS 38 is an electro-mechanical liquid level switch designed to provide a reliable, electro-mechanical response to liquid level changes. AKS 38 can control liquid level in vessels and accumulators or can be used as a low/high level safety alarm. For the control and detection of liquid levels in:
Liquid over-feed accumulators.
Flooded surge drums.
Flooded shell and tube chillers.
High and low pressure receivers.
Intercoolers.
Use as low/high level safety switch to protect circulating pumps/compressors.
LLG sight glass
LLG are sight glasses in ductile steel and meet the strictest requirements on industrial and marine refrigeration installations. The sight glasses are offered in 3 different versions:
- with welding nipples (LLG).
- with stop valves equipped with caps (LLG S).
- with stop valves and sight adapter in acrylic glass ready for insulation on site (LLG SF).
SV 1 / SV 3 float valve, for PMFL/PMFH
Typically the SV 1 and 3 float valves are used as float pilot valves for the main expansion valves type PMFL or PMFH. SV 1 and 3 can also be used separately for modulating liquid level regulation in refrigerating, freezing and air conditioning systems with ammonia or fluorinated refrigerants.
PMFL / PMFLE liquid level regulating valve for the evaporator side, controlled by SV
Refrigerants: HCFC, HFC, and R717.
Max. working pressure: 28 bar.
Media temperature: -60 °C - +120 °C.
Housing material: Low temperature cast iron, EN-GJS-400-18-LT.
Delivered with flange gaskets/bolts, blanking plug and pilot connection.
RT 280A and 281A are primarily used as liquid level alarms and safety switches to prevent too high a liquid level in liquid separators.Secondarily, RT 280A and 281A can be used as liquid level regulators where a liquid level differential of up to 40 mm is permitted. RT 280A and 281A used as safety switches to ensure that the max. permissible refrigerant level in flooded evaporators, pump tanks or liquid separators is not exceeded. As liquid level regulators, RT 280A and 281A maintain a constant average refrigerant level in flooded evaporators, pump tanks or liquid separators.
AKS 4100 / AKS 4100U liquid level sensor
The AKS 4100 / AKS 4100U liquid level sensor is designed specifically to measure refrigerant liquid levels in a wide range of refrigeration applications, in vessels, accumulators, receivers, standpipes, etc.
